Gorgeous breakfast was included and offered toast and cereal. The hotel was set in a central area so close to the center, so close to museums, banks, entertainments, bus stops as well as the bars.

Cheap place, warm room. They made my stay comfortable. The rooms with the chest and a double bed. Plenty of appetising food at breakfast time. The venue was in a central location just off restaurants and the University and the centre.

I enjoyed the place, wonderful location and atmosphere. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Easy check-in was a bonus. Walking distance to a Christmas market and a market across the street. I visited Tavernaki Bistro, based within short walking distance of the hotel, had dinner there.

personalised service and freshly cooked breakfast, magnificent location. no matter the issue the staff were happy to help. room was clean plus it had climate control, terrace and 3 windows. i had a superb view. it was minute walk from leeds downtown.

Besides, we were near restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the room, the bed was comfy. Position: in the shopping area, in the heart of the city.

Friendly location, fairly clean, soft bed, warm staff. I enjoyed a convenient decor and beautiful furniture. Very very good breakfast, nice service. There was a great restaurant, the markets and the shops next door.

I had a really amazing stay in a long time. Perfect location, GORGEOUS personnel and a room with very comfy beds. Breakfast included tea, toast and coffee. Early check-in.

They provided plenty of delicious choices for breakfast that was included. Though the bed was broken, it was memorable stay. Staff and host were all informative! The venue was right at Leeds downtown.
